Description
Florida’s Home and Community Based Service Providers in receipt of the one-time retention and stipend payment will receive training on best practices to meet the FMAP funding compliance requirements. Participants will receive a certificate for six continuing education units and a submission worthy quarterly report.
Attendees should expect to participate in three sessions inclusive of the following:

- Part I consists of utilizing the Provider’s approved budget to establish or verify a qualifying distribution scale, expense report, and spending allocation worksheet. 3 hours
- Part II is the application of a Provider’s approved Spending Plan (Attachment I) and best practices for policy development. 2 hours
- Part III entails quality assurance matters for records maintenance and report submissions. 1 hour

Registrants must sign/date our service agreements and forward both the “final” approval letter for his or her funding and the corresponding Attachment I within 48 hours of registration.
Your $6,000 registration fee gives you access the the entire 3 part webinar series. Your fee may qualify as an eligible expense for the FMAP Funding Provider Development category.
