Where are you located?
Our physical offices are headquartered at 10150 Highland Manor Drive, Suite 200, Tampa, FL 33610.
We provide services electronically for clients all over the world.
Do you provide instant tax refunds?
No. We are not an instant tax service. Our professional service requires reviewing your information and processing your return with proper review and oversight. We cannot guarantee a refund and do not provide loans on your estimated refund.
Are you available outside the tax season?
Of course! We are a full service CPA and consulting firm. Our services reach far beyond tax preparation and planning.
What are your hours?
Our normal business hours are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday). During tax season: Feb 1 – Apr 15th, our hours are 7:00 AM – 6PM (Monday – Friday) and 9:30 – 2PM on Saturday. We receive files 24 hours a day, every day. We encourage you to call the office, 813-681-4488, to make an appointment for the most efficient service. We also hold virtual appointments since we provide services all over the world!
